ABOUT HER WORK
Marine Bléhaut’s work spans AI projects, and experimental film to explore themes of memory, empathy, and the female gaze.
Using mediums like AI and archival footage, she investigates how these shape identity, rituals, and representation, creating fragmented narratives that invite viewers to reflect on their relationship with images and the influence of technology on perception and memory.
Her practice is inspired by artists and videos artists such as Trevor Paglen, Maria Mavropoulou, and Morehshin Allahyari and filmmakers such as Bill Morrison, Harun Farocki, and Christian Marclay.
She regularly participates in global events and panels on the fusion of art and technology. Recent and upcoming exhibitions include “Virtual Reverence” (2024, Elios Art Gallery, Paris) and "AI, My Sparring Partner" (2024, Havas x 1703, Paris).
